APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card or gift certificate.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skin care concerns, and medical conditions.

Late arrivals will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.

Cancellations without 24-hour notice and no show appointments may be charged at full menu price.

PAYMENT

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Traveler’s Checks are gladly accepted. Personal checks cannot be accommodated.

Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash.

ON YOUR VISIT

Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest.

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.

As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones.
